Section 183
A date fixed for the parties to be examined
(1) Except in the case of section 181 or 182, when examining the witness, the court shall fix the day for the examination of the witness by examining the party on the appointed date.
(2) During the examination of the witness, a record of what the witness expressed must be prepared and recorded.
